Communication for start-ups

I’ve been involved in an extremely interesting discussion in the SpinOut LinkedIn group.

I asked the question: “At what point should a spin-out think about communication strategies?”

Well, I certainly got people thinking. Everyone says that communication is a) important and b) needs to be planned early. But then there is some contention about who the communication is targeted at, what it is trying to achieve and who should do it.
